You may also contact us by phone at: 614.292.5374. The Huntington Archive operates Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time. Please allow us up to five business days to respond to your inquiry.
Photographic Donations
In the interest of preservation and access, The Huntington Archive gladly accepts donations of photographic collections of Asian art. The Archive also collaborates with scholars to preserve their personal collections and make them publicly available for research and teaching. If you are aware of photographic collections that need a home now or in the future, please contact harchive@osu.edu.
Image Requests
In order to help us better serve you, please use the form below when requesting reproduction rights to images located within our site or stored in our Digital Database Collection. If the requested image is located within our web site and not within our database, please include the URL for the page in which the image is located in the "Comments/Questions" section below. When requesting rights for multiple images, please insert a comma between each scan number in the "Image Title" and "Image Scan #" fields.
*Please note: Not all of the images contained within the Huntington Archive website, Online Exhibition sections, and Digital Database Collection are copyrighted property of The Huntington Archive.
We may be unable to grant permission to use all requested images.
